Refund Policy

Jann Kalyan Shayata Foundation values the trust and support of its donors and contributors. All donations made to the foundation are voluntary and intended to support our charitable programs and social initiatives.

Donations

Once a donation is successfully processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Donations are used for social welfare activities such as education, healthcare, rural development, and support for underprivileged communities.

Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

In case of a duplicate donation or an error in transaction (such as multiple debits for the same donation), the donor may contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. Such cases will be reviewed, and refunds may be processed at the sole discretion of the foundation after verification.

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original mode of payment and may take 7–10 working days to reflect in the donor’s account, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
